1. Clean and dry the spot

Wash your face and pat the area completely dry. The patch needs a clean, moisture-free surface to stick properly.

2. Pick the right size

Choose a dot slightly larger than the blemish so it fully covers the raised area.

3. Peel and press

Peel the patch off the sheet and press it firmly over the pimple for a few seconds so the edges seal down.

4. Leave it on 6 to 8 hours or overnight

Avoid picking at it. You will usually see the patch turn white or cloudy as it absorbs fluid, that is a sign it is working.

5. Peel off and repeat if needed

Remove gently. If the blemish has not fully calmed down, clean the area and apply a fresh patch.

Will it hurt to remove?
